Below the Party People Bill of Rights, we've also have a list of what we believe our Rights are from our clients as your travel provider.

• To be able to speak with a real, live person when you call our Company, or have someone call you or email you back within a reasonable time frame if we are unavailable.
• To receive helpful, down-home & Texas friendly advice each & every time you call or email us about any questions you & your friends might have.
• To not be "oversold" or "over promised" travel inclusions or prices that will not or cannot be met, or hit with hidden price, fuel, or security surcharges at the last minute that are insulting to your intelligence.
• To receive destination, travel, or vacation information from Inertia that is accurate, without being overly "sales-pitched" when you do ask for this information. We are here to help.
• To be offered the most inclusive spring break package possible, the obvious reason you're interested in us.
• To have access to the better hotels, the better parties, better meals and the best side trips in comparison to other travel providers.

• To understand that quality & an excellent experience sometimes costs more, although not always. The trip that you recommend to your friends will be a direct reflection of your good taste. If it is amazing, you will be amazing.
• To understand that we pride ourselves on good service – if we fail you in any way, it is not intentional, & we'll do what we can to make it right within reason.
• That travel inherently is riddled with inconveniences that might cause minor delays & frustrations. We ask that you have realistic expectations pertaining to the inclusions, price paid, and value while on site in our destinations
• To be the friendliest, happiest, & hottest spring break tour participants, as this is the base of what our Company is built upon.
• To understand that Inertia is an exclusive boutique-spring break tour provider, and that we have zero desire to be a commodity, volume-based Company of poor taste.
• To be respectful of your consumption of alcohol or drugs while on our vacation packages; you have family that loves you, and if they do not, WE DO. Everyone comes home safe & sound, and it is your personal responsibility to insure us of this fact.
