Spring Break Hangovers
How to Avoid a Spring Break Hangover:
1.) Don’t drink the cheapest booze or beer. Usually, it’s not distilled as much, and those impurities can make you ill the next day
2.) Drink Lots of Water the day of your drinking binge, and that night, drink 8 oz per 12 oz of alcoholic beverage you consume. You’ll automatically feel better the next day. This is often called “the old drunks” rule
3.) Drink pure alcohol with water and a squeeze of lime or lemon. Rum & Water. Kettle One & Water, etc. The sugar in alot of drinks dehydrates you and gives you a headache
4.) Take a Ibuprofen before you go to sleep
5.) Sleep in a cool, comfortable room and allow yourself 12 hours of sleep the night of your binging so you are refreshed the next day.
When you awake, while greasey food is what you’ll crave - don’t do it. Each a very bland first meal, and you’ll be ready for partying that night.
