largest student travel tour companies in the United States.

In today’s tough job market, Inertia Tours is hiring for this position and it is a great way to build your resume for full time employment after graduation. Our Reps work independently on their campus (as well as surrounding ones) promoting our travel packages to students.
Whether you are in a fraternity or sorority, have a group of friends that want to go, or want to promote our trips to everyone, this is a great opportunity to go free on spring break this year.
Inertia provides our Reps with complimentary marketing materials (5 to 6 different kind of spring break beach & ski flyers), a quick start guide to selling the trips, and free phone sales support. We couple this with great pay & travel benefits with flexible hours.

For every trip over 15 you sell, we pay our Reps $25 per trip sold with no limit.
 Interested in hiring Reps for Inertia on other campuses or in other houses? Awesome! We pay you $15 per beach trip ($10 per ski/board) that your Reps sell, and they still get the free trip for every 14 they sell under you for beach, or every 20 they sell for ski/board.
Reps are compensated on paid in full travelers.
*Free Spring Break Trip does not include departure taxes, security wristband fees nor damage coverage programs

#1 - Every traveler that pre-purchases with final payment an optional Red Carpet VIP Event Package earns an additional $5.00 per traveler in commission.

What Reps do to earn free travel

- Dedicate 2-5 hours per week for promotion of trips
- Post our brochure flyers on all major bulletin boards on campus every single week non stop
- Recruit their friends to go on our trips
- Pass out brochure flyers before classes
- Start a Facebook Group for their campus on spring break / winter break & promote students to join group. Post details/pictures/prices of trip on group and set deposit deadline
- Spread the word to other Fraternity/Sorority members
- Set up club/bar promotions on campus to get word out

Why students choose  for their travel
- Our trips carry just a $150 down payment deposit for drive down packages, or $250 down payment deposit for our airfare or party bus inclusive trip packages. This comes off the trip price, and make our trips affordable with monthly payments
- Inertia specializes in student travel packages for $500 & less per person. We dominate this pricing niche. We also specialize in US-based spring break packages to South Padre Island, Texas, Panama City Beach, Florida, and Breckenridge, Colorado. (easier sell to parents for safety)

- Our beach trip packages include our Free ta’ Eat! Diner program (2 meals per day per guest) as well as our Optional Red Carpet VIP Party Package. Party packages include cover charges to parties with celebrity guest appearances, insane DJ’s, and side trips students love like party yacht cruises, snorkeling, pub crawls, & more

- We offer unique transportation options. Our South Padre Island, Mazatlan, and Breckenridge trips can include a roundtrip luxury motorcoach/party bus. Not all students can afford airfare, and not everyone can drive to our destinations. Generally a bus can be added for $165-$240 per person
