The condos are all 2 levels, full kitchens, & living rooms, and have spectacular private beach view patios. 2nd best location available on the island through Inertia, park your car and be done! Complex has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center (w/ racquetball courts even), tennis courts and a private roof top sundeck. Perfect for those seeking a somewhat more laid back property, & demanding luxury accomodations.
The Saida Complex is the best choice in South Padre overall. In a great south-beach location adjacent to the Coke Beach Stage area, 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, full bar, poolside restaurant with new 24 hour room service, and right on the beach. Condos are fairly large & posh. Why stay in a hotel room when you can rent a condo with full kitchen, living room, and multiple bathrooms, after all. Inertia does not use standard or "Royale" rooms here, only Saida condos. Our Headquarters property for 4 years, we have upwards of 500 students per week staying here. We recommend this property as the best overall spring break experience in Padre.
Inertia recommended Inverness is an excellent choice for those that want to stay on the beach at a party property with budget in mind. Deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos all have A full kitchen, living room with separate dining area, and every single unit has a patio directly on the beach. This is not a good choice for those looking for peace & quiet. Roof top pool & double hot tubs are home to our Friday Pool party sponsored by Liquid Charge. Another hook-up friendly complex located on North Beach. We recommend this property because of the huge condos, and even bigger overall value they offer.
Our Exclusive, the oversized condos there are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that can accommodate up to 8 people. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, and has a private balcony overlooking the sunsets on the water. This complex is hook-up friendly as well. The Galleon Bay is situated north-beach on the bay, & of course Inertia Tours has every single spring break unit here! Remember, the island is only 4 blocks wide, so it's just 4 blocks to the beach. We recommend this property because of its killer low cost plus huge condos
Two bedroom condos right on the beach in a "10" location, walk to the Coke beach stage, or any major club in South Padre in minutes. Complex is 9 stories, has an onsite pool / hot tub / laundry, and a 24 hour front desk staff. Comfortably sleep up to six with a patio overlooking the ocean and the entire island. Sell out first and ultra fast.
The Bahia Mar is the furthest property North that we have condos available at, which means planning on some cab money is imperative. The Bahia Mar amphitheatre is home to our Day Party on Wednesdays. We do not utilize the hotel towers. Property features 2 pools & hot tubs. Large condos accommodate large groups. Condos provided exclusively via Island Services.
These full 1 BDRM condos are located right on the beach, patio that open directly to the beach area, full kitchen with a full size fridge & living room. Units all a separate bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate up to 6 per unit. Property has a pool and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar right next door. We have all available Spring Break units, so you meet a lot of other breakers! We can do multiple units in a row for large groups since we have the entire complex, & the security is hook-up friendly.
Gulf view condos are very nice 1 BDRM condos with a full kitchen and Living room. They have a nice pool and about 100 yards the beach. (you can see the water) This is a great choice for the Pesos and money. We have over 25 units here. These units are still very nice, & much better than a plain ol' hotel room. Beach-South location next to the Holiday Inn. Check the price special on these units.
These neat, clean efficiency condos are located throughout the island within 2 blocks of the beach. Most units have a small kitchenette, fridge, and living area. Sleeping space for up to 5 people, although we provide an air bed for up to 6 people per unit. You will be at the beach anyway, a good low-cash choice for those on a limited budget. Don't skip spring break - these are decent units.
