- These two cards you really do need, not just one. The Panamaniac card is all about
Free beer, beach parties, & free cover charges to the fun little beach bars. The Club La Vela
Card is all about hooking you up at THE mega club in PCB – you’ll need both – and we offer
Them together as a package.
- 3. No Age Restrictions on hotel room or condo rentals
- Many hotel/motel & condo properties will not allow students to check in without an
Adult over the age of 25 accompanying them at time of check in. With Inertia’s exclusive
Contractual agreements with our properties, you can rent a condo from us provided at
Least (1) occupant in that condo or hotel is 18 years of age or older (18 = adulthood anyway).
- There is ONE exception to this – and that is the Summit Condos in Panama City – they won’t
Bend the “25 & older rule” so look at some of our other great properties instead if you cannot
Meet that age requirement.
- 4. Just a $100 down payment deposit per person for a reservation
- Unlike many travel sites, we don’t require payment in full when you book or costly “cancellation” penalties if you can’t travel. The down payment deposit of $100 comes off.
- Each person’s total trip price quoted, and the balance of the trip money is due 60 days prior
To your vacation arrival date.
- If you end up not being able to travel, you only lose your initial deposit – there are no further
Cancellation penalties or payments due. Additionally, this makes our trips generally more affordable as you can “pay as you go” rather than paying off the trip all at once.

- 6. We’re professional, but we’re not bores about it
- We know why students go on spring break – to get tan, to get drunk, to make out, and to hang out one last time with their friends. Not all of these things are Necessarily accomplished or in the correct order, but it’s the truth.
With that out of the way… - Members of the Better Business Bureau, the American Society of Travel:
Agents, and the Sustainable Travel Associations lend credibility - We’re not shady & we won’t steal your money.
- If you use a check or money order, we put that in your escrow account – No exceptions.
- Our travel company is also liquid in that we don’t pay ourselves until AFTER you’ve came home happy & hungover.
- Use your credit card for added assurance and buy our optional Travelers’ insurance if you have any doubts.
- References are ALWAYS of course available from past travelers as well as

- 7. You can use multiple, individual credit cards to make payments
- Either over the phone or by using our online booking reservation system. It makes things more simple For big groups that we typically book.
- 8. We can do a luxury motorcoach (bus) from almost any City in the US
- If you have a group Of 30 or more – and literally clobber anyone’s price on them since we do so many – or you can.
- Include airfare for some of your group, while others might want to drive to save cash.
- 9. Onsite staff is in Panama City Beach to assist you
- If you have questions, need advice, or there is an emergency of any kind. 99.997% of our clients use our staff at check in & never need.
- Their help again – but we are there just in case – which is a huge benefit over some “website”
- Doing travel that you have to call a dude in India when the hotel won’t check you in – good luck
