Required for all travelers regardless of destination or type of trip:

«   Inertia Tours Tour Operator Participant Agreement – Terms & Conditions

This is signed, written contract Inertia requires with your final payment for all travelers. This document protects you and Our Company & is required prior to any travel documents (including check in information or flight docs) being issued

«   Authorization to Bill Credit Card Form

This form is required for those of you that have used a credit card to pay off your trip (not required for the initial down payment deposits). The cardholder, not necessarily the traveler, must sign, date, & return this form via fax & is required prior to any travel documents (including check in information or flight docs) being issued

 

Required for all travelers under the age of 18 at time of travel:

«   Parental Authorization & Consent Form to Travel for Minors

This form MUST be signed by BOTH parents or legal guardians in front of a Notary Public. Bring this form with you to the airport, or on the trip at time of check in. DO NOT MAIL NOR FAX to Inertia Tours. Remember, you will be denied boarding if you fail to have this form properly filled out and you are under 18 years of age.

 

Required for all South Padre Island Travelers and due AT TIME OF CHECK IN
Do NOT mail nor fax these forms to Inertia Tours – bring them all with you completely filled out & signed by all of your roommates.
