• Inertia Tours Tour Operator Participant Agreement - Terms & Conditions

This is signed, written contract Inertia requires with your final payment for all travelers. This document protects you and Our Company & is required prior to any travel documents (including check in information or flight docs) being issued. While you already agreed to all of these conditions two separate times when booking your trip - we still must have them on file signed.

• Authorization to Bill Credit Card Form

This form is required for those of you that have used a credit card to make a payment for your trip. The cardholder, not necessarily the traveler, must sign, date, & return this form via fax & is required prior to any travel documents (including check in information or flight docs) being issued.

Parental Authorization & Consent Form to Travel for Minors

This form MUST be signed by BOTH parents or legal guardians in front of a Notary Public. Bring this form with you to the airport, or on the trip at time of check in. DO NOT MAIL NOR FAX to Inertia Tours. Remember, you will be denied boarding if you fail to have this form properly filled out and you are under 18 years of age.

DO NOT mail nor fax these forms to Inertia Tours - bring them all with you completely filled out & signed by all of your roommates.

Note: Any groups checking into South Padre Island that DO NOT have:

• signed credit card authorization to bill forms (above), needs to be on file
• terms & conditions (above), needs to be on file
• Copies (front & back) of everyone's State Issued I.D.'s (in hand when you arrive)
• (2) credit cards (debit cards not accepted) as well as front/back copies that must be placed down (2 per condo/room) to insure against excessive damages. (in hand when you arrive)

Inertia does NOT have adequate office space to be your office center for copies & filling out paperwork once you arrive. Be prepared! This stuff is all required for morons that want to damage condos. The rest of you this pain in the neck is their fault.
