Step 2: Make your $69 Down Payment Deposit & Send Us Your Info
You must have a major credit card or debit card to participate, and you must agree to automatic monthly drafts from this card.
You can book this trip online or call us toll free at 800-812-2176 or email us (tripinfo@inertiatours.com) & we'll gladly assist you. Your credit or debit card is all you need to get started.
Be aware that we'll need your credit card number, billing address, the phone number your credit card company has on file for you, and the 3 digit code on the back of the card (last three digits to the right on the signature line) when you call us as we use secure processing.
Step 3: Determine Your Monthly Payments
No matter when you book your EZ Autopay trip, your initial down payment deposit is always $69.
- If you book one fo these trips in September:
- Your payments are $69 per month beginning October 1st after you've made your initial deposit of $69 in September and continuing the 1st of every month. It will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card. The final payment will be drafted from your account February 1st.
- If you book one of these trips in October:
- Your payments are $87 per month beginning November 1st after you've made your initial deposit of $69 in October and continuing the 1st of every month. It will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card. The final payment will be drafted from your account February 1st.
- If you book one of these trips in November:
- Your payments are $115 per month beginning December 1st after you've made your initial deposit of $69 in November and continuing the 1st of every month. It will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card. The final payment will be drafted from your account February 1st.
- If you book one of these trips in December:
- Your payments are $173 per month beginning January 1st after you've made your initial deposit of $69 in December and continuing the 1st of every month. It will automatically be charged to your credit or debit card. The final payment will be drafted from your account February 1st.
EZ Autopay is not available for trips booked after December 31st.
Note: South Padre Island AND Ski Trips do require an additional one-time charge of $30 per person for our condo damage coverage program due and charged with final payment on February 1st. These charges are automatically deducted from your account with final payment. Our hotel in Mazatlan requires 1 open credit card per room for incidental charges and/or damages at time of check in.
* Remember, you can pay off your trip earlier if you so desire and stop the automatic monthly drafts by simply logging into your account and paying off your trip balance, or by sending in a personal check or money order for the balance. Call or email our office if you have any questions about this. There are no extra fees for doing this.
