  • We specialize in massive condos that are very affordable for large groups. For example, our Ultimate Beach Condos category on South Padre Island sleeps 10 people per condo. Get 4 of these in the complex, and that’s 40 people all together = massive fun
  • Provided your house all deposits initially by the deadline you are given, we 100% NEVER split up houses or even campuses. Please note – those reserving a trip AFTER the deadline being with your campus is not guaranteed! The deadline DOES matter to reserve your space with the small down payment deposit
  • Our low pricing means you don’t have to “leave people behind” that can’t afford that $2000 trip to Cabo. Our trips are $325 to $599 per person with all inclusive excepting alcohol. You can drive down to Texas or Florida with us saving money on airfare
  • All of our condo & hotel properties for Greek Week allow you to reserve a trip as long as you all are 18 years or older. Most domestic spring break trips in particularly the spring break hotels or condos require you to “normally” be 21 years or older – again, that means you have to leave out younger members in your house. Clubs in South Padre Island are 18+ by the way
  • Greek trip Organization is very easy. We mainly travel groups so understand organizing everyone can be a very large pain in the ass – with us, you simply get each prospective members name in your Fraternity or Sorority spring break group, their email, cell phone, and ….that’s it! We do the rest – we build a unique trip in our reservation system with a login/password that only your group has. Each person can then individually pay and deposit using their own credit or debit card.

We offer guaranteed group pricing. What this means is, provided you have 11+ people for South Padre Island, Texas – we quote ONE price per person that doesn’t change if you have 11 people or 110 people, it is always the same guaranteed price. One rule with this is, everyone must deposit by the deadline we provide you.

That way, the final 3 people to book aren’t hit with some “surcharge” like a travel agent will slam you with (makes people really upset)

Additionally, this doesn’t mean like 2 students per condo or “everyone gets their own bed.” Our Greek Spring Break trips with guaranteed group pricing mean we organize your condos or hotel space based on max occupancy, which is:

4 per standard hotel room
6 per one bedroom condo
8 per two bedroom condo
10 per three bedroom condo

If you want LESS than that per room or condo, CALL US 800 821 2176 and we will quote the price. Generally, the price goes up $50 to $100 per person for each person less you go per space.
