Panama City Spring Break Condos

Inertia uses Laketown Wharf Condos across the street from the beach & one of the largest condo complexes in the US. All condos feature fully equipped kitchens and full sized living rooms perfect for pre – gaming & smooching.
All condos have multiple bathrooms and this complex is packed with college students
We do also have lower cost options in the Casa Loma Hotel as well as the Days Inn which is 4 per standard hotel room, just no pre gaming space with 2 double beds.

Laketown Wharf is a gated community with a fun college atmosphere in Panama City Beach. FL. There are five pools (one that is heated) with large spots to grab the sun, lakefront seating, 2 huge hot tubs, multiple on-site restaurants at street level, a putting green, and a fitness center to get your workout on that overlooks the Gulf. Walk to many popular restaurants and bars.
