Inertia Tours offers two Panama City Spring Break Condos. The Summit Beach Condos are a party hotspot & have a great location near Harpoon Harrys & Spinnakers, while the Shores of Panama are more luxurious & very near Summit. Both condos offer 1-bedroom condos for up to 6 people and 2-bedroom condos for up to 10 & feature a full kitchen, living room, and private patio that overlooks the pool & beach. We have a limited number of 3-bedroom condos that allow up to 10 people.
The Summit Condos have a hot tub, onsite convenience store, and Tiki Bar facing the ocean — all on location. Walk to Spinnakers, the Super Wal-Mart, Hammerhead Freds, La Vela & more than 20 restaurants. While Panama City did ban drinking on the beach in March, it still has more college students than anywhere else in Florida — PLUS enjoy $2 beers at the Tiki Bar by pool.
The Shores of Panama is a 23-story luxury beachfront complex with a full service spa, lagoon style pool that is one of the largest in Northwest Florida, a Tiki Bar, and The Shoreline Bar & Grille with great burgers. There is also an indoor pool & hot tub for cooler weather. The Shores are the nicest spring break condos in PCB that allows students, while still walking distance to Super Wal-Mart, Spinnakers Club & more.
Most 5-night / 6-day trips are $399–$499 per student with no hidden fees most weeks of spring break. Some weeks are even cheaper — contact us with your exact week for exact pricing!
Please note: All Panama City Beach condos for spring break require at least one guest to be 21 years of age at time of check-in. A $50 fully refundable damage deposit payable in cash is due at check-in and refunded at check-out if no damages.
Cancellation Coverage - if you elect to cancel your trip up to 31 days prior to arrival, you will be giving a refund of 75% of all monies paid less the initial deposit and the price of the cancellation coverage. Things happen - for just $29 this is a no brainer!
